Dale Beede, CCIM

Dale Beede is a native of Grand Junction, Colorado and has been a commercial real estate broker for over twenty years. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.

Dale is the Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial, Prime Properties, LLC.

He has earned the title of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) as a graduate of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. This designation requires extensive knowledge and documented experience in commercial real estate and related tax strategies and ethics. He has proven himself in all phases of commercial real estate including: land development and sales, retail property sales and leasing, industrial property sales and leasing, office property sales, leasing management, tax strategies and real estate investment sales and acquisitions. A large portion of Dale’s commercial real estate transactions involve the use of the IRC Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. He is experienced in dealing with nearly every type of exchange transaction..

Dale is a past President of the Mesa County Association of Realtors and a former director of the Colorado Association of Realtors. He is currently a board member of the Grand Junction Rotary Club and a member of the board of directors of Hilltop Health Services Corporation after serving as the board chairman in 2006. Dale also served as the chairman of the Hilltop Life Adjustment Program fundraiser which worked to raise over $2 million in 2006 to rebuild a dining room facility and activity center for Hilltop’s brain injured and wheelchair bound clients. He also serves as a board member of the Riverview Technology Corporation of Grand Junction which oversees a joint city/county owned property housing the US Department of Energy offices and the offices of the Small Business Incubator.

Dale’s most recent awards and recognitions include the 2005 Coldwell Banker Commercial – Top Producer for Colorado and 2006 Honorary Dean, the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, University of Denver.
